I stepped out of my comfort zone of doing yoga and joined CrossFit, apprehensive of not having the ability to do intense workouts. To my delight, the workouts are customized keeping in mind the fitness levels of individuals. I have had such an amazing time getting fit and I see a marked improvement in my yoga practice as well, which pleases me no end!! Matt and Himanshu are superb coaches who started me from scratch on the workouts and did not make me feel left out of the class. I wish Crossfit STRIDE the very best. You guys ROCK! Neha Lidder

Monday to Friday

MORNING EVENING
6:30 PM to 7:30 AM 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM
7:30 PM to 8:30 AM 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM
8:30 PM to 9:30 AM 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM

SATURDAY: OPEN GYM

On Saturdays, we are open for everyone (members and non members) from 8:00 –  10:00 AM & 5:00 – 8:00 PM. Every Saturday, we host a short seminar/knowledge sharing session where we educate our members and address queries regarding exercise, nutrition, recovery, mobility, travel workouts, sleep, etc.

SUNDAY: CLOSED
