We’ve received lots of requests from you guys for another Yoga session, thus returning by popular demand, Shubhika Rana will be conducting a Yoga Session this Sunday 3rd May from 10am to 11:30am at CrossFit Stride – Powered by Reebok. As always the session is open to all, so feel free to bring friends and family and join us.
Practicing Yoga helps create a strong, flexible back, improves posture, firms your backside, stimulates abdominal organs, improves sciatica, and can help with asthma. Increasing flexibility in your chest and shoulders, improving wrist and grip strength, and improved breathing – all of this will help you become better at CrossFit and hence more athletic and fit!

On Saturdays, we are open for everyone (members and non members) from 8:00 – 10:00 AM & 5:00 – 8:00 PM. Every Saturday, we host a short seminar/knowledge sharing session where we educate our members and address queries regarding exercise, nutrition, recovery, mobility, travel workouts, sleep, etc.
