CrossFit Stride is conducting a FREE Self Defense Workshop led by experts from the Warrior’s Cove Mixed Martial Arts academy.
No prerequisite level of physical conditioning is required to participate in the workshop, the session is OPEN to EVERYONE regardless of ability, members of CrossFit Stride and non-members alike.
The workshop will cover basic self defense principles, promote awareness, build self-esteem and give participants the mental and physical tools they need to detect, avoid and escape potentially violent situations.

On Saturdays, we are open for everyone (members and non members) from 8:00 – 10:00 AM & 5:00 – 8:00 PM. Every Saturday, we host a short seminar/knowledge sharing session where we educate our members and address queries regarding exercise, nutrition, recovery, mobility, travel workouts, sleep, etc.
