CrossFit Stride is conducting a FREE Self Defense Workshop led by experts from the Warrior's Cove Mixed Martial Arts academy. No prerequisite level of physical conditioning is required to participate in the workshop, the session is OPEN to EVERYONE regardless of ability, members of CrossFit Stride and non-members alike. SATURDAY: OPEN GYM

On Saturdays, we are open for everyone (members and non members) from 8:00 –  10:00 AM & 5:00 – 8:00 PM. Every Saturday, we host a short seminar/knowledge sharing session where we educate our members and address queries regarding exercise, nutrition, recovery, mobility, travel workouts, sleep, etc.

SUNDAY: CLOSED
