This Saturday, CrossFit Stride is hosting a free Boot Camp session for all the Desi Warrior participants. The session will include exercises such as Rope Climbs, Jumps etc, which will help the participants be better prepared for the event. As we are OPEN for ALL on Saturdays, feel free to bring your friends along and taste what it’s like to be a Warrior!

On Saturdays, we are open for everyone (members and non members) from 8:00 – 10:00 AM & 5:00 – 8:00 PM. Every Saturday, we host a short seminar/knowledge sharing session where we educate our members and address queries regarding exercise, nutrition, recovery, mobility, travel workouts, sleep, etc.
