CrossFit is best enjoyed in a group environment.
This is the program that most of you need to stay in shape and healthy. Each session is 60 minutes long; including warm-up, skill development, workout/s and cool down. There will be a different workout every day, so your body will never adapt to a routine and your results will never plateau. Every workout can be modified to any fitness and ability levels.
Sport Specific Training
We offer training for sport specific focus. We can design a program for you based on your personal goals. Do you have a big tournament coming up or a race you are preparing for? We can help you improve your personal best.
We have the skills and equipment to train you for any sport from Decathletes, to all field and court sports. This also applies to those in the fighting arts such as Judo, Jujitsu, Wrestling, MMA etc.

Personal training sessions are a great option for individuals who prefer specifically tailored training sessions or for ones who are recovering from an injury or whose schedules do not work with the current group class times.
