Getting Started

Your assessment will start with some questions about your background and your goals. Then we’ll tell you all about our philosophy and our facility. This is a great chance to see if we’re a good fit for you, and if you’re a good fit for us! You’ll receive a tour of our facility and then we’ll put you through our baseline CrossFit workout to see if it’s something you like. Everything will be done at YOUR pace and at YOUR fitness level. Come dressed in clothing that allows you to move freely as well as a pair of gym shoes. You can expect the assessment to last approximately 1 hour.
If you join us, you will be provided a few ramp-up sessions where you will be taught all the foundation movements of CrossFit till you are ready to join the regular class.

*You won’t have to lift weights beyond your level or perform movements beyond your skill set. We pride ourselves on working with people of all ability levels and making them better.*

SATURDAY: OPEN GYM

On Saturdays, we are open for everyone (members and non members) from 8:00 –  10:00 AM & 5:00 – 8:00 PM. Every Saturday, we host a short seminar/knowledge sharing session where we educate our members and address queries regarding exercise, nutrition, recovery, mobility, travel workouts, sleep, etc.
